Our Services

Inspections are our primary focus — with mapping, site documentation, and small 3D printing jobs to support landowners, contractors, and property managers across Southwestern Ontario.

Site Progress

Construction Site Progress Photos

Regular aerial visits document your build from the same vantage point over time — giving you a visual timeline that ground-level photos can't match.

What we document

  • Earthwork, grading, and foundation phases
  • Framing, roofing, and exterior finishing milestones
  • Material staging, access routes, and site layout changes
  • Before-and-after comparisons at key project dates
  • Overviews for owners, lenders, investors, or municipal records

Why use a drone?

  • Consistent flight path makes week-over-week comparison straightforward
  • Entire site visible in one image — not just the corner you walked to
  • Remote stakeholders stay informed without site visits
  • Dated visuals support progress billing and milestone sign-offs
  • Useful portfolio and marketing material when the project wraps up
Aerial Mapping

Aerial Mapping & Farm Field Surveys

Orthomosaic maps and aerial overviews of farmland, acreages, and rural properties — useful for landowners, farm managers, and anyone who needs to see the whole picture at once.

Farm & land applications

  • Field boundary and acreage overview maps
  • Seasonal crop coverage and field condition documentation
  • Low-area and drainage pattern identification after heavy rain
  • Fence lines, tile outlets, laneways, and building placement records
  • Year-over-year comparison for rental agreements or land valuations

Why it's beneficial

  • See an entire field in one image instead of walking rows on foot
  • Creates a dated record for insurance, programs, or property files
  • Helps plan tile, drainage, or access improvements with better context
  • Useful for absentee landowners who can't visit the property regularly
  • Foundation for more advanced mapping as your needs and our capabilities grow
3D Printing

Small-Scale 3D Printing & Design

Alongside our drone work, we take on small 3D printing and design jobs — prototypes, replacement parts, brackets, and custom pieces you need in hand without ordering overseas or buying more than you require.

Typical small jobs we handle

  • Custom brackets & mounts — drone accessories, sensor holders, and one-off hardware for home or shop projects
  • Replacement parts — clips, covers, knobs, and broken plastic components modelled and printed to fit
  • Simple product prototypes — test a shape, fit, or assembly before committing to tooling or a larger run
  • Design from scratch — describe what you need and we'll model it, or refine your existing STL file for printing
  • Small batch runs — a handful of identical parts for a repair, hobby build, or local project

Why it's a good fit

  • Local turnaround on small jobs — no minimum order quantities from overseas suppliers
  • Practical, right-sized help for homeowners, contractors, and hobbyists
  • Design and print in one place when you have an idea but not a finished file
  • Ideal for parts that are discontinued, hard to source, or not worth a full production run
  • Complements our inspection and mapping work when you need a physical part to match what we documented
