Building Inspections

Licensed RPAS building envelope inspections — document facades, cladding, and exterior conditions from every elevation without scaffolding or boom lifts.

What we inspect

  • Building exteriors — siding, brick, stucco, EIFS, and cladding condition on all elevations
  • Chimneys & parapets — mortar joints, cap deterioration, and leaning or separation
  • Windows & balconies — seal failures, water staining, and guardrail or ledger concerns
  • Gutters, soffit & fascia — drainage paths, pest entry points, and rot or detachment
  • Commercial facades — panel systems, signage mounts, and weatherproofing at height
  • Pre-purchase & reserve studies — dated photo records for property managers and buyers

Why use a remotely piloted aircraft (RPAS)?

Building envelope problems often start where ground-level views cannot reach — upper-storey walls, parapets, and rear elevations. An RPAS captures every face of the structure while the operator stays on the ground.

  • Every elevation in one visit. Rear walls, upper storeys, and hard-to-access corners are photographed without ladders, swing stages, or boom lifts.
  • Lower cost than access equipment. For many properties, aerial imagery replaces the need to mobilize scaffolding or lifts for an initial condition assessment.
  • Zoom detail at height. Close-ups of mortar, sealant, and panel joints without putting personnel on fragile or wet surfaces.
  • Share before you scope repairs. Contractors and property managers review the same imagery to quote the right fix before access equipment is booked.
  • Baseline for ongoing maintenance. Repeat visits document how cracks, staining, or cladding issues change over seasons.
  • Less disruption. No cordoned-off sidewalks or tenant relocations for a preliminary exterior review.

Who it's for

Property managers, condominium boards, commercial landlords, facility teams, home inspectors, and contractors who need a clear exterior condition record before committing to access equipment or major repairs.
