Licensed RPAS field and land mapping — orthomosaic-style overviews and aerial records of farmland, acreages, and rural properties.
Licensed RPAS Operations
What we map
Field boundary and acreage overview maps
Seasonal crop coverage and field condition documentation
Low-area and drainage pattern identification after heavy rain
Fence lines, tile outlets, laneways, and building placement records
Year-over-year comparison for rental agreements or land valuations
Why use a remotely piloted aircraft (RPAS)?
Walking a field shows rows at your feet. An RPAS captures the entire property — boundaries, drainage patterns, crop coverage, and access — in one dated aerial record.
Full acreage in one image. Large fields, woodlots, and multi-parcel farms are hard to grasp from the ground. Aerial overviews show boundaries, headlands, and land use at a scale you can actually plan from.
Document seasonal conditions. Capture crop coverage, bare ground, or post-rain pooling when it matters — not weeks later from memory.
Spot drainage and low areas. After heavy rainfall, standing water and flow patterns are visible from above long before they're obvious on foot.
Support land decisions remotely. Absentee owners, renters, and family members off-farm can review the same dated imagery without a site visit.
Create records that hold up. Dated aerial files support insurance claims, program applications, lease agreements, and property files.
Plan improvements with context. Tile, drainage, fence, and access projects go smoother when you start with an accurate overview instead of rough sketches.
Room to grow. Basic orthomosaic and overview work today lays groundwork for more advanced mapping as your needs and our capabilities expand.
Who it's for
Farm owners, farm managers, absentee landowners, acreage buyers, and anyone managing rural property who needs a clear aerial record of fields and land features.
